Sweden's Alex Noren held off a high-quality chasing pack to win the 2016 Scottish Open by one shot, as he finished at 14under par at Castle Stuart Golf Links on Sunday.
After 54 holes, Noren led by two, and despite some fantastic finishes from a variety of players, he managed to keep his nose in front and eventually claim victory.
Tyrrell Hatton birdied the last to finish in second on his own, while Nicolas Colsaerts, Danny Lee and Matteo Manassero all finished in a tie for third at 12 under.
Noren will take home €644,196 in prize money after an excellent week of action in Inverness, Scotland.
