DORAL, Fla. – Following two of his most productive weeks in years, Adam Scott conceded on Thursday at the WGC-Cadillac Championship that he allowed himself to drift onto “autopilot” on Day 1 at Doral.
“There's a huge sense of satisfaction for me winning last week, and it would be pretty easy for me to go and sit at home for a week and feel good about myself,” said Scott, who finished second two weeks ago at Riviera and won last week’s Honda Classic. “But this is such a huge event and I'm playing so good, you couldn't script coming in here any better.
