After barely making it to this week, Ollie Schniederjans is on the verge of fully-exempted status on the Web.com Tour.
The former World No. 1 amateur fired a Friday 68 on the Champion Course at PGA National, moving up to second place halfway through Web.com Tour Q-School. While Schniederjans continued to rise into red numbers, though, Adam Svensson took command.
The Canadian posted a second consecutive 7-under round (this time on the Fazio Course), as he surged five ahead of the field in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.
Svensson turned professional earlier this year and finished ninth on the Mackenzie Tour Order of Merit.
