Rafael Cabrera-Bello was victorious at the 2017 Scottish Open, defeating Callum Shinkwin in a play-off after they tied at the top of the leaderboard on Sunday.
The pair ended the tournament at 13-under at Dundonald Links in Troon, Scotland, with Shinkwin missing a putt to win outright on the final hole.
The young Englishman was cool as he attacked the back nine, and he played with composure mirroring a veteran.
However, he failed on the final green, allowing Cabrera-Bello to contest a play-off for the title.
According to Golf News Net, the winner collected a cheque of $1,166,669 for his efforts.
