Golfweek recently caught up with Donald Trump, days after the Republican presidential candidate won the New Hampshire primary. Trump, the billionaire business magnate whose holdings include Trump National Doral Miami, site of the March 3-6 WGC-Cadillac Championship, hosted the world’s best golfers during the Super Tuesday primary March 1. He spoke for 20 minutes on the phone with Golfweek publisher Alex Miceli about his place in the game and how a Trump presidency might affect golf.
