Minutes after the conclusion of the PGA Championship, Golfweek spoke with CBS Sports chairman Sean McManus about his network’s coverage of the tournament. McManus talked about CBS' use of technology at Whistling Straits, its efforts to capture on-course audio and how his network has responded to the arrival of Fox Sports, which began televising U.S. Golf Association championships this year.
Golfweek: What were you most happy with about the PGA Championship coverage?
McManus: A number of things. One, it’s the storytelling and the documentation of the tournament.
