Fans who watched players slosh around Colonial Country Club last week can expect a repeat performance this week at the AT&T Byron Nelson Championship.
The Lone Star State has been beseiged by heavy rains recently, and the Dallas/Fort Worth area has been no exception. The field at the Crowne Plaza Invitational struggled through multiple weather delays at Colonial and even utilized lift, clean and place through the green during the final round.
Conditions are no better at TPC Four Seasons, where more than three inches of rain fell on Sunday. Defending champ Brendon Todd played nine holes Tuesday morning and found the course in stark contrast to the dry, fast layout where he won a year ago.
