SHEBOYGAN, Wis. – Following a second-round 70 that left him one stroke off the early lead at the PGA Championship, Scott Piercy was asked about the relative lack of media attention he was receiving.
“You guys don't talk about me very often. It's probably a good thing sometimes,” he smiled.
The truth is there hasn’t been a lot to talk about for Piercy the last few months after he had surgery in February 2014 to repair a torn flexor digitorum superficialis in his right arm and beginning this season playing on a major medical exemption.
