Latest on Mickelson's Surgery Details
Jason Sobel of ESPN.com reported Mickelson's need for a second sports hernia surgery Monday and noted there is no timetable for a return.
Per Alex Myers of Golf Digest, the 46-year-old had the first procedure on Oct. 19, shortly after completing the Safeway Open. He has not appeared in a tournament since.
"It was a walnut-sized hernia behind my belly button," Mickelson said in November.
