Phil (6 back): Really low round is 'out there'

With a birdie and an eagle in his first five holes, it appeared that Phil Mickelson might make a major move up the leaderboard in the Safeway Open, but a bogey on the par-5 finishing hole limited him to a third straight 3-under 69.

Mickelson stands at 9 under par after 54 holes, six shots behind leader Johnson Wagner, who still had three holes to go in his third round when play was suspended.

Mickelson hit his drive on the 18th hole way left and needed four shots to reach the green before two-putting for bogey.
