PEBBLE BEACH, Calif. — There’s something different with the name, but the game is still the same; it’s still all about the celebrities at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am.
That’s right, the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am.
Since 1956, the world “National” has always been in the official title of this famed tournament, but no longer. It’s simply the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, the 30th year that the iconic American company has been the title sponsor of the four-day affair on the Monterey Peninsula.
What remains unchanged, however, is the heart and soul of the tournament — the chance to watch celebrities play alongside the game’s best players.
