PGA cancels Greenbrier after deadly flooding

The PGA Tour has cancelled the Greenbrier Classic due to the flooding in West Virginia that has caused extensive damage to The Old White TPC course.

Greenbrier County claimed 15 of the 23 deaths from the floods. The state Division of Homeland Security said the other deaths were reported in Kanawha, Jackson and Ohio counties.

The tournament was scheduled for July 7-10. Tour officials said the course is "beyond reasonable repair," and Bubba Watson posted pictures of the damage Friday on Twitter.
