Suzann Pettersen took charge of the Aberdeen Asset Management Ladies Scottish Open Saturday at Dundonald Links in North Ayrshire.
With a 2-under-par 70, Pettersen moved atop the leaderboard at 6 under overall in the Ladies European Tour event. She’s two shots ahead of England’s Holly Clyburn (67) and three ahead of Lydia Ko (73) with Laura Davies (71) and Celine Herbin (73) each four behind. England’s Charley Hull (68) and Melissa Reid (72) are six back.
Pettersen, a 15-time LPGA winner who is No. 7 in the Rolex Women’s World Rankings, is seeking her eighth LET title.
