WOLCOTT, Colo. –– Nicknames are a big part of the TCU women’s golf program. Freshman Brooke Graebe got hers on Sunday.
“I don’t know if I’m completely used to it,” Graebe said, “but mine is Reese’s because I’m smooth on the outside and a little nutty on the inside.”
Graebe gets a pack of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups when she shoots under par. So on Monday, after an opening 1-under 71 at the Golfweek Women’s Conference Challenge, Graebe got to enjoy a little treat.
She also got to enjoy seeing the Horned Frogs on top of the leaderboard after one round of play at Red Sky Golf Club.
