Paul Azinger to replace Greg Norman as lead golf analyst for Fox Sports

Fox Sports has found its new lead golf analyst.

Paul Azinger – a 12-time PGA Tour champion, 1993 PGA Championship winner and 2008 winning U.S. Ryder Cup captain – will replace Greg Norman, sources have confirmed to Golfweek. The news was first reported by Golf Digest.

Azinger, 56, was rumored to be the lead candidate to fill the void left by Norman, who mutually parted ways with Fox on Jan. 15 after just one year.
