British Open star Paul Dunne will lead the Great Britain and Ireland team against the Americans at next month’s Walker Cup.
The R&A finalized the 10-man roster for the GB&I squad on Monday.
Dunne, who shared the 54-hole lead at St. Andrews, was an obvious choice for the team, and he was one of five Irishmen who will play in the Sept. 12-13 matches at Royal Lytham, along with Jack Hume, Gary Hurley, Cormac Sharvin and Gavin Moynihan.
The rest of the team, which will be captained by Nigel Edwards: Ashley Chesters, Grant Forrest, Sam Horsfield, Jack McDonald and Jimmy Mullen.
