OnCore Golf, developer of the first USGA-approved hollow-core golf ball, has made its new Caliber ball available online at OnCoreGolf.com and at select retail locations nationwide.
The Caliber ($29.99 dozen) features a patented .9-inch hollow metal core designed to allow the ball to travel along a straight trajectory, similar to a bullet leaving the barrel of a gun. The company says the ball will help reduce slice or hook spin while adding distance and feel.
“The Caliber incorporates the unique hollow metal core technology of our original MA 1.0 ball with the Soft Cell layer that has made our Avant ball so popular,” said co-founder and VP Steve Coulton.
