No longer lost in translation, Koreans feel right at home on LPGA

INCHEON, South Korea – Ilhee Lee can kick it Gangnam Style with the best of them.

A year ago, the 26-year-old South Korean led Mo Martin and a couple of other American players on an excursion to Lee's hometown in the Gingham district of Seoul (made famous by rapper Psy) and introduced them to the joys of soju, Cass beer and pork belly.

“None of us wanted to get on the flight to Taiwan the next morning,” she says with no further explanation necessary.

Last week, Lee and the other Korean players in the KEB Hana Bank Championship were treated like rock stars at Sky 72 Golf Club.
