The year began in Kristy McPherson’s backyard. Gerina Piller and her husband, Martin, were the subjects of an early cover story for Golfweek. The couple lives in Fort Worth, Texas, but were visiting McPherson at her Tampa, Fla., home before the start of the 2015 season.
We met there for a photo shoot and talked quite a bit about their upcoming schedules. The Pillers were apart for 142 days in their first year of marriage.
