Phil Mickelson has confirmed that he will play a sixth consecutive Scottish Open at Gullane Golf Club in July.
The five-time major winner was a Scottish Open champion in 2013 and will use the East Lothian course as preparation for the Open Championship at St Andrews a week later.
After finishing joint-second at the Masters at Augusta National, Mickelson will be looking to continue his fine run of form at Gullane, where the tournament is being held for the first time.
He will be looking to take the Scottish Open title back from Justin Rose, with whom he finished joint-second in Augusta.
