The New York Mets won Game 4 of the National League Championship Series Wednesday, punching their ticket to the World Series for the first time since 2000.
Typically not news for a golf website, except for the fact that one of the team's best players, Yoenis Cespedes, left the game in the second inning with a shoulder injury. Oh, and the outfielder spent his morning playing golf at Medinah Country Club.
In the hours leading up to the series clincher, Cespedes was spotted teeing it up at the site of five major championships and the 2012 Ryder Cup:
So I guess my uncle decided to golf with yoenis cespedes today #MetsCenterFielder pic.
