Jason Dufner pulled away from a crowded leaderboard to win the 2017 Memorial Tournament.
Dufner had a strange week that began with back-to-back rounds of 65 before falling apart with a 77 Saturday. However, he bounced back with a 68 Sunday to secure the three-stroke win.
Per Justin Ray of Golf Channel, he became the first player to shoot 77 or worse in the third round and win a tournament since 1989.
While some golfers were affected by rain that led to two separate delays, the 40-year-old was at his best down the stretch to finish on top.
