After Sheshan International yielded a bevy of low scores during the opening round of the WGC-HSBC Champions, windy conditions sent players' scores soaring during the second round. Rory McIlroy was no exception.
McIlroy was four shots worse in Round 2, carding an even-par 72 that left him tied for 27th and 10 shots behind leader Kevin Kisner heading into the weekend.
"It was a bit of a more difficult day, but I think with the way the course is and how soft it is, there's definitely still scores out there," McIlroy said. "I didn't play very well today.
