Matt Jones is one spot in the world rankings away from a Masters berth.
Jones' victory Sunday at the Australian Open in Sydney moved the 35-year-old Aussie to No. 51 in the Official World Golf Ranking. The top 50 in the OWGR at the end of 2015 earn invites to Augusta National this April, assuming they aren't already in the field.
Jones made his Masters debut in 2014 after winning the Shell Houston Open the week before the major championship. He missed the cut at Augusta and hasn't been back since.
Last season, Jones played in two majors, tying for 30th at the British Open and posting a T-21 at the PGA Championship.
