Two-time defending Arnold Palmer Invitational champion Matt Every isn’t sure what it is about Bay Hill that makes him play so well.
But given that he hasn’t finished in the top 15 in a tournament since he won here last year, he’s hoping he can conjure up some of that Bay Hill magic again this year.
“I wish I knew, you know,” Every said addressing the press Tuesday. “If I did I would play good every week. I like coming in and talking to you guys.”
Shortly after winning at Bay Hill last year, Every said he went through a funk where he found himself “blacking out” standing over the ball.
