Lydia Ko ran away from the field with a nine-shot victory at the Fubon LPGA Taiwan Championship, making history and reclaiming the No. 1 spot in the Rolex Rankings.
With the win, Ko – who capped the week with a 7-under 65 Sunday at Miramar Golf and Country Club in Taipei, Taiwan – became the youngest LPGA Tour golfer to reach 10 career wins. At 18, Ko broke Nancy Lopez's mark by 3 1/2 years. Ko also set her personal record for largest margin of victory with the nine-shot triumph.
