Another Cameron McCormick pupil is in the headlines.
This time, it's 15-year-old Logan McAllister, a Class of 2018 recruit who recently gave a verbal commitment to the University of Oklahoma.
The Christian Heritage Academy golfer from Oklahoma City picked the Sooners over Arkansas and Kansas State, which he also visited.
"I chose Oklahoma because I can improve my golf game immensely and get a great education," McAllister told Golfweek. "Coach (Ryan) Hybl and Coach (Jim) Garren are both great coaches. Coach Hybl is great because he played college golf and was an amazing player himself, so he knows exactly what we're doing because he has done it himself.
