DALY CITY, Calif. – Lexi Thompson stacked up some serious overnight mileage to tee it up at the Swinging Skirts Classic Thursday at Lake Merced Golf Club.
Thompson joined her older brothers, Nicholas and Curtis, in the PGA Tour’s Zurich Classic pro-am in New Orleans Wednesday and then flew to San Francisco Wednesday night to make her Thursday tee time here.
Thompson was a special guest at the Zurich Classic after signing a new endorsement deal with the title sponsor. With Nicholas a PGA Tour member, and with Curtis a Web.com Tour pro and former LSU Tiger playing on a sponsor’s exemption, the Thompson siblings got to spend some bonus time together in New Orleans.
