Ko, Icher share Canadian Pacific Women's Open 36-hole lead

Lydia Ko poured in a birdie putt at Vancouver Golf Club's 18th hole to cap a second-round 68 and take a share of the 36-hole lead at the LPGA's Canadian Pacific Women's Open.

Ko, who won the event in 2012 and 2013 as an amateur, went bogey-free on the day, making four birdies to reach 9 under for the week. The 18-year-old, who is No. 2 in the Rolex Rankings, is looking for her eighth LPGA victory and first since April.

Karine Icher followed her first-round 65 with a 2-under 70 Friday, hitting 13 fairways and 13 greens in regulation en route to reaching 9 under and taking a share of the lead.
