Kisner opens with 64 despite back injury

Perhaps Rory McIlroy isn't the only injured golfer to beware this week at the WGC-HSBC Champions.

With a nagging back injury preventing him from playing a practice round, Kevin Kisner used his first trip around Sheshan International Golf Club to fire an opening-round 64. At 8 under, he trails leader Branden Grace by one shot.

Kisner tweaked his back during the final round of last week's CIMB Classic, where he finished T-37. The injury led to him spending much of his prep time this week on the training table, and he didn't touch a club between leaving Malaysia and Thursday's opener.
