IRVING, Texas – Tiger Woods isn’t the only golfer who has fallen into the habit of describing his swing as “It is new, but it is old.”
Kelly Kraft has gone back to the future to rediscover a swing that used to produce a faithful draw.
“I probably am more of the player that I was then than I am now,” said Kraft, referring to his reign as the 2011 U.S. Amateur champion.
Kraft graduated from nearby Southern Methodist University and turned pro in 2012. He made 10 starts on the PGA Tour, including at the AT&T Nelson, and made just three cuts.
