Jordan Spieth is tired of seeing Team Europe dominate Team USA in the Ryder Cup, so the top-ranked American is placing an emphasis on reversing the trend, starting in September.
Steve Douglas of the Associated Press passed along comments from last year's Masters and U.S. Open champion about the biennial event, which Europe has won six of the past seven times. The 22-year-old superstar wants to lead a new era of American victories.
"We're tired of hearing about changes that need to be made. We're tired of hearing about the past," Spieth said. "And we're ready to believe in a younger, more hungry team going forward.
