Jason Day says he fought vertigo at British Open, too

Jason Day's Saturday surge to a 54-hole co-lead at the U.S. Open while battling vertigo so severe that it forced him to collapse on course the day before was one of the most inspirational stories in golf in 2015.

And apparently, it wasn't the only major he fought the dizzy spells.

Day revealed Wednesday that the vertigo re-surfaced the next month at St. Andrews. The issues only came up that week on Saturday, when high winds forced a major weather delay and Day only completed seven holes, and the Australian said the dizziness was minor.
