The leader's margin may have shrunk on Friday, but Jamie Donaldson remains in control at the Thailand Golf Championship.
After a 9-under 63 in the opening round that staked him three ahead, Donaldson followed up with a 68 at Amata Springs Golf Club to retain a two-shot margin. His deep foray into red numbers over 36 holes did not mean an easy time so far, though, for the 40-year-old Welshman.
“I’ve played well for the first two days," Donaldson said. "It can be tough out there ... (and) you need to keep the momentum going and I managed to do that today.
