The Pure Silk Bahamas Classic defending champion relishes her return to the Ocean Club Golf Course on Paradise Island. She thrives on tracts of land surrounded by water that are too small to be called continents. In fact, she tends to dominate them.
All three of Kim’s victories in her LPGA rookie season came on islands. There was the victory in the Bahamas, then the victory at the Lotte Championship on the Hawaiian island of Oahu and then the triumph at the Blue Bay LPGA on Hainan Island in China.
