A slip down a flight of stairs has sent the top of the betting market for the 2017 Masters into flux.
Dustin Johnson is the world No. 1 and has been the favorite for weeks at the Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook, beginning Wednesday with 11/2 odds. Jordan Spieth and Rory McIlroy were the next highest, each at 15/2.
But after Johnson's agent announced that the reigning U.S. Open champ had slipped down some stairs in Augusta and injured his back, the lines were quickly adjusted and Johnson, Spieth and McIlroy now all sit as 7/1 co-favorites heading into the opening round.
