ST ANDREWS, Scotland – You have to admire Henrik Stenson’s patience. How many more times does he have to be asked when a Swedish male will win a major championship before he snaps?
Once again Stenson had to answer questions on why he’d come so close in the tournaments that really matter, and once again he patiently gave the same answers he provides every time he comes into the media center at a major championship.
“I’ve done some good (in the) British Open,” Stenson said. “It’s still very hard to win a championship like this and to win golf tournaments in general.
