Aug 14 (Reuters) - Ryan Moore harvested his fifth PGA Tour victory with a bogey-free final round at the John Deere Classic on Sunday.
Moore, who started the day with a one-shot edge, closed the deal with a four-under-par 67 at the soggy TPC Deere Run in Silvis, Illinois.
He finished at 22-under 262, two strokes ahead of fellow American Ben Martin (68).
Moore, 33, collects $864,000 for his victory at the PGA Tour event, which clashed with the debut of Olympic men's golf, where Briton Justin Rose received no prize money but claimed a prized gold medal for his victory in Rio.
