Golf Channel travel insider Matt Ginella has confirmed that the U.S. Open will return to Pinehurst No. 2 in 2024.
The USGA has established venues through 2021, but Ginella reported on "Morning Drive" on Wednesday that he expects a three-year announcement to be made in the near-future about upcoming host sites. In addition to Pinehurst in '24, The Country Club in Brookline, Mass., is expected to host the 2022 U.S. Open, while Los Angeles Country Club is the anticipated 2023 venue.
