Furyk bests Kisner in playoff to win RBC Heritage

Thanks a blistering 8-under 63 and birdies on both extra holes, Jim Furyk ended a four-and-a-half year winless drought on the PGA Tour, beating Krvin Kisner in a playoff to claim his second tartan jacket at the RBC Heritage. What it means: The victory is Furyk’s first since the 2010 Tour Championship. In between wins, the 44-year-old recorded 31 top-10s, blew nine 54-hole leads, posted seven runner-ups and earned $14.8 million on Tour, not including his FedEx Cup payments.
