Forecast doesn't look good for marathon finish at PGA

SPRINGFIELD, N.J. – With heavy rains washing out much of the proceedings Saturday at the PGA Championship, the revised hope is for a marathon day of golf at Baltusrol in order to crown a champion on time.

Unfortunately, the weather forecast for Sunday makes that scenario seem a tad bit optimistic.

According to Weather.com, there is a 65 percent chance of rain at Baltusrol when day breaks around 6 a.m. ET, and that percentage is forecast for each hour until 10 a.m. – when it jumps to 70 percent. In fact, every hour of daylight on Sunday is expected to bring with it at least a 50 percent chance of precipitation.
