Bubba Watson posted a final-round 68 to win the Northern Trust Open by one shot at Riviera Country Club in Pacific Palisades, Calif. Watson's total of 15-under 269 bested Adam Scott and Jason Kokrak for his ninth career victory on Tour. Watson closed out a 54-hole lead for only the third time in 10 tries in his career.
Watson has said before that once he wins 10 times on Tour that he's going to hang it up. The "new" Bubba might want to reconsider.
Once a player who could think himself out of any shot, hole or tournament, Watson has recently embraced the challenge of winning when his game isn't perfect.
