Brandt Snedeker played one of the best rounds of golf in recent memory by shooting 3-under 69 in high winds Sunday at Torrey Pines' South Course, then watched Monday as his 6-under total held up, giving him the victory at the Farmers Insurance Open.
K.J. Choi finished alone in second, one shot back, and Kevin Streelman was solo third.
Snedeker now has eight PGA Tour victories, including two at Torrey Pines. His first win saw him make up seven shots on the field on Sunday before beating Kyle Stanley in a playoff in 2012. This year, he began his final round six shots behind.
