Duffy Waldorf won his second PGA Tour Champions event in three months on Saturday, and he did so in dramatic fashion.
The 53-year-old came to the final hole at Hualalai Golf Course tied with Tom Lehman but took care of business right then and there. Facing a 20-footer for birdie and the win, Waldorf drained the putt to take the season-opening Mitsubishi Electric Championship.
The closing stroke capped off a bogey-free 6-under 66, matching Lehman's final-round score. Waldorf finished 18 under overall.
Waldorf previously won his first PGA Tour Champions event last November at the Toshiba Classic, where he posted a second-round 60.
