Jamie Donaldson has been forced to put the start of his 2016 season on hold after he suffered an injury to his hand in a freak accident involving a chainsaw.
Donaldson, who hit what turned out to be the winning shot of the 2014 Ryder Cup, showed off his the cut on the little finger of his left hand via his Twitter account.

The 40-year-old Welshman is not the first golfer to come to blows with a chainsaw.
