Having faced skepticism for years because of his quirky approach, DeChambeau’s worldwide apprenticeship has been so convincing that Vegas installed the 22-year-old amateur at 200-1 for next week’s Masters – or the same odds as 2012 U.S. Open champion Webb Simpson, six-time PGA Tour winner Hunter Mahan and Georgia resident Chris Kirk.
