The Stanford women's golf team shot a 3-under 281 Monday, extending its lead at the Stanford Intercollegiate.
The defending national champions are at even par heading into the final round, three strokes ahead of Pac-12 rival UCLA and nine shots ahead of USC, which shared the victory with Stanford last year.
Sophomore Shannon Aubert led the way for Stanford in Round 2 with a 4-under 67. Aubert, who is tied for third individually, birdied three of the five par 3s at Stanford Golf Course.
Marissa Chow, of Pepperdine, leads the way individually at 6 under after a round of 70 Monday.
