Cheyenne Woods kept herself in the hunt this weekend at the Manulife LPGA Classic, while Stacy Lewis suffered a rare missed cut and packed her bags to get ready for next week’s KPMG Women’s PGA Championship.
The Canadian Henderson sisters also missed the cut.
A day after seizing a share of the first-round lead with a career-best 63, Woods wasn’t as sharp Friday, but she still managed to keep herself within striking distance of the leaders with a 73. She will tee it up Saturday five shots off the lead.
Lewis missed her first cut in almost two years.
