Bryan mines local knowledge for first-round 64

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. – There aren’t many PGA Tour venues where rookie Wesley Bryan can boast some experience, but PGA National is one of them.

This week Bryan made his first trip back to the resort since the final stage of Web.com Tour Q-School in December 2015, a time when the stakes were higher and the granstands lower.

He finished T-9 that week to secure his Web.com card for the 2016 season, and built upon those good vibes Thursday with a 6-under 64 in the opening round of the Honda Classic to grab a share of the early lead alongside Cody Gribble.
