Royal Troon Golf Club will host the British Open for the ninth time in its storied history in 2016, as the world's top golfers have traveled to Scotland for the third major on this year's calendar.
Former Claret Jug winner Rory McIlroy is joined by stars such as Jordan Spieth and Jason Day, but this year's field is deep and talented, including a whole bunch of in-form golfers.
